Porcupine Tree is my favorite modern progressive rock group. They even have some very heavy parts for a rock band. I wrote down those bands you suggested. I'll check them out tomorrow afternoon. My band has practice tomorrow morning. Man, I think you'll really dig my band's new material. In my opinion it's somewhere between Lamb of God, Meshuggah, Megadeth, Unearth, Protest The Hero and Nevermore.

If you're into Porcupine Tree Steven Wilson's new album Insurgentes comes out Feb. 24 as well. Two records I've been waiting for come out the same day! I still haven't got the new Metallica record but I think I've heard every song now. I'm just not as crazy for them as I am other bands.

I've only heard one new LOG song. I'm waiting for the cd to come out to hear the rest. I want to just sit down and hear it start to end. I'm not going to see Children of Bodom. Never have, I'm not really crazy for them but I got their new cd from my brother. I have a ticket to see Slipknot the day before my birthday in Nashville though. It's going to be awesome!

I haven't heard the new singer yet. I'll youtube him. I'm really looking forward to the new Lamb Of God album. Currently listening to the new Gojira album on napster. I want to see them in Atlanta Dec. 3.

Man, I didn't know Dino was such an asshole! It's got to be hard to just follow someone elses rules like that. What really pisses me off is how Dino tried to keep him on the streets.

Ya man rap is the new thing that everyone gets sucked into and i just can't buy it. In fact, I'm driving something like 10 hours to go see the progressive nations tour in Chicago. I normally have to drive atleast 2-3 hours to see my favorite bands.
